Our Mission
Stabilizing the livelihoods of the people who serve us.

Double Duty
The hospitality industry relies on a workforce that is highly visible in service, yet invisible in struggle. Every day, these workers step onto the stage to provide guests with genuine care. But what remains unseen is their "Second Shift."
Many clock out after a long day of serving others, only to go home and clock in as a caregiver for a sick or aging family member.
These professionals often sacrifice work hours to ensure their loved one is fed, bathed, and safe. The same individuals who greet guests with warmth and professionalism are often draining their own savings just to keep their families afloat.
HCRF exists to change this. We provide financial breathing room for those shouldering the dual weight of professional service and family care. We know that if the caregiver burns out, the family member suffers. With social programs out of reach, HCRF steps in to be the safety net for this invisible workforce.
Rooted in Hospitality
Hospitality is about taking care of people, yet the workers who care for us often have no one to care for them. Founders Steven and Franklin used their 50 years of industry experience to launch HCRF.
"We provide immediate relief to unpaid family caregivers who are stuck in the 'coverage gap'... earning just enough to be denied government help, but not enough to survive a family crisis."
